Since women are usually literally unable to formulate their sexual desires into words. This can even apply to an established girlfriend-boyfriend relationship. Often the female partner simply cannot state in clear words what she wants sexually and thus she expects you to "read her mind" and "act first". Thus women will nearly never ask you to date them. Instead they will expect you to start the wording and action.
So it is important to you to know how a woman shows her interest in you. A woman has other methods of showing that she is interested in YOU:
